Frequently Asked Questions:

"Do your sizes run large or small?" - Our shirt sizes generally run large. The shirts are pre-shrunk and do not shirk very much when washed. If you are on the borderline between sizes we recommend going with the smaller size. Check out our size charts for detailed measurement information. "What are the design position options and what do they mean?" - Full front means the full size design printed on the front of the shirt, full back means the full size design printed on the back of the shirt and left chest means a small version of the design printed on the front of the shirt off to the side where a pocket would be on some shirts. Not all design positions are available on all of our shirts.

"Do you ship outside the United States?" - Yes we do! Contact Tom for shipping estimates for orders heading outside of the United States.

"What if I don't have a design for my group shirt?" - Tom is a professional graphic designer with over a decade of experience. He can help you come up with a design. The artwork is FREE if you order more than 10 items and only $75/design for smaller orders.

"Are there any art fees?" - No. All art setup and customization fees are included for everyone buying or selling shirts through ParaTees.com!

"What types of printing processes do you use?" - We use digital, direct-to-garment printing, traditional screen-printing, and advanced heat transfer (double-press) for glow-in-the-dark and on dry-fit material (allows design to flex with stretch material).

"Can I return an item for a full refund or exchange an item?" - We do not offer refunds however you can exchange an item if the size you orderd is incorrect but you will be responsible for paying for shipping the item back to us. The item must also be unworn and in the same package it was received in. If the item has been obviously worn, washed, or is damaged we will not be able to exchange the item and will ship it back to you at your expense.

"If my organization is tax exempt do I have to provide proof?" - Only if your organization is located in the State of Ohio. Our company is located in the state of Ohio and is therefore required to collect sales tax based on the county rate where our facility is located (Coshocton County) on all orders going to an Ohio address. If you are located in Ohio, you can fax us a copy of your tax exempt form to: 614.939.5107 or email it to tom@paratees.com. Your standard tax exempt form will be sufficient.

"Do you have a secure shopping cart?" - Yes. It is scanned daily and tested quarterly. All payment processing data is handled by PayPal's secure servers. We do not store or process any of your sensitive personal fiancial information on our servers.

Your credit card information is entered on PayPal's servers which are in full compliance with all payment card industry data security standards (PCI/DSS).

We use PayPal instead of our own built-in merchant account to further enhance the safety of your data. PayPal involves a few more step but they specialize in processing online credit card payments and have years of experience providing an extremely secure server environment.

"How soon will my order arrive?" - Within 5 to 10 business days in most locations throughout the continental United States. We are located in Ohio so the closer you are to us the faster your delivery will arrive. We use the United States Postal Service and UPS to ship our products.

"Do you have a minimum order requirement?" - No, we allow orders as small as one item or as large as several thousand. If you need custom artwork, there is a $75/design fee for order quantities under 10.

"Do you have a satisfaction gurantee?" - Yes we do! If your product is faulty, return it to us within 30 days and we will replace it at no cost to you. The item must be shipped back to us unworn and in similar packaging to what it arrived in.

"Do you offer volune discounts" - Yes. Contact Tom through the contact form on this site to learn more about volume pricing. Some orders will qualify for FREE SHIPPING!
